Be part of an exciting new initiative! The St. Albert Community Village is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Social Prescribing Link Work to join our team. The Link Worker will play a key role connecting older adults with community resources, services and activities that promote health and well-being. This position offers meaningful work in a supportive and inclusive environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
Hours: Part-time, temporary (3-year funding secured with potential extension), 32 hours per week, some flexibility in schedule
Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
Valid First Aid Certificate is an asset
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with older adults.
