Position – Part-time

The St. Albert Community Village is seeking a compassionate and organized part-time Intake Worker to support individuals and families accessing our programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a background in Social Work and a strong understanding of community resources, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices.

Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Social Work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing poverty, homelessness or crisis situations
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers is required.
