About Suzan:

A strong advocate of collaborating with the St. Albert community, its local businesses and different agencies, Suzan joined the St. Albert Food Bank in 2007.

Vivian Collacutt

Community Liaison Social Worker/Rental Assistance Coordinator

About Vivian:

We improve access

One way we make it possible for people to attend our financial literacy workshops is remove all barriers. We provide child care and a meal to take stress and anxiety off their shoulders.

Tara Thibeault Gionet

Community Liaison Social Worker

About Tara:

Tara is a registered social worker and joined the Community Village in October 2017.

In her role as community liaison worker, she:

  • Coordinates client access to appropriate community-based social agencies
  • Helps individuals in crisis (e.g., housing and food insecurity, abuse, unemployment)

Since joining, Tara has:

  • Developed and facilitated a full-day organizational workshop for those who need help with time management, procrastination and perfectionism, self-care and goal setting
  • Helped a client in dire need of support get financial assistance through Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH)
